Joseph and his cake creation!

Joseph and Jude made a lemon cake with powdered sugar frosting and green coconut grass.  The bonfire rocks are chocolates, pirouette logs and melted hard candy flames.  A mini-loaf made the tent with a fruit roll-up tarp and a dusting of powdered sugar snow.   Yummy!

Painting and carving our pumpkins, a bit belatedly.   Fun times nonetheless!

Leo celebrated a little early by bringing brownies to share with his pre-school classmates.

I love the Happy Saints image of St. Leo, really all of them are super cute!  The quote at the top says "Virtue is nothing without trial."

We took advantage of the day off school to visit the zoo.  We especially enjoyed the renovated aquarium's tunnel, where we could see fish and divers!
